Jim Daly, Senior Appraiser

Jim Daly, owner of Daly Appraisal Services, started appraising in Boston in 1988 for Robert P. Wood & Co. and has been a Certified General Appraiser since 2007. He started Daly Appraisal Services in 2008.

Jim conducts appraisals throughout the state and personally performs the most complicated appraisals that the firm handles. He also supervises his team of staff appraisers. He is an associate member of the MBREA, the prestigious Association for Valuation Professionals.

Jim is a graduate of Holy Cross College and holds a Master’s Degree in English from Boston College. He worked as a staff reporter for the Patriot Ledger for three years and taught middle school, high school, and community college English for 10 years.

Ken Dicks, Senior Appraiser

Kenneth L Dicks, MAI has been a real estate valuation professional for more than 35 years. His valuation roles have ranged from appraiser, appraisal reviewer, tax assessor to the Director of Collateral Services for a large regional bank based in New England for more than 10 years. Ken has maintained his MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute for more than 20 years. His skillset includes a wide level of expertise in the valuation of both residential and commercial properties holding experience with the delivery of appraisal services, risk management program development and implementation, valuation support in the area of tax assessment administration and litigation, and regulatory oversight of appraisers.

Ken holds certified general real estate appraiser license credentials in Massachusetts, Virginia, Michigan and Wisconsin.

Linda Sakelaris Poole, Staff Appraiser

Linda Sakelaris Poole has worked in the field of commercial appraisals since 2004, when she specialized in metals and chemicals inventory appraisals. She has held a Massachusetts Appraiser Trainee license since 2019 and is studying to become a Certified General appraiser.

Linda primarily covers the South Shore, Central Mass, and Greater Boston areas. She completed more than 60 appraisals in 2022, including apartment complexes, mixed use, retail, office, and industrial properties. She is an expert in the 71B (a short-form appraisal for apartment complexes with 5+ units.

Linda has Bachelor’s Degrees in Journalism and History from the University of Oklahoma.

Jacob W. Bibeault, Certified General Appraiser

Jacob Bibeault began working in the field of commercial appraisals in 2021. He received his Massachusetts Certified General Appraiser license in July 2023.

Jacob primarily conducts appraisals in the Boston, Worcester, and Springfield areas. Since the beginning of his career, Jacob has completed over 100 appraisals on apartment, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties. Jacob has also worked extensively on easement and taking valuations for local municipalities and the MassDOT.

Jacob has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Philosophy from Bridgewater State University.

Kevin Sullivan, Certified Residential Appraiser

Kevin Sullivan began working in the field of residential property appraisals in 2017 and started working in the commercial area in 2021. He has a Massachusetts Certified Residential Appraiser license. He plans on taking the state exam to become a Certified General appraiser in Spring 2023.

Kevin primarily covers Central and Western Mass. He performed more than 55 appraisals in 2022, including apartment complexes, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties. He is becoming an expert in industrial and office properties in Central Mass.

Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Chuck Ingala, Certified Residential Appraiser

Chuck Ingala, a Certified Residential Appraiser, is based in Boston and the North Shore. Chuck grew up in Somerville and graduated from Salem State University. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1984. He has become proficient at writing 71B form reports for apartment complexes. Chuck lives with his family in Wilmington.

Dave Behnk, Certified Residential Appraiser

Staff appraiser Dave Behnk, a Certified Residential Appraiser, works out of the Western Mass office. A former math teacher in Springfield Public Schools, Dave graduated in 2004 from Westfield State University. He holds a Master’s Degree in mathematics from Lesley University. He has become proficient at narrative report writing. Dave lives with his family in East Longmeadow.
